The Youth Charter hosted a second Muhammad Ali Scholars tour of the UK in 2010, with the support of the British Council, the University of Salford and the University of Roehampton.
The scholars stayed the University of Salford during their time in the North West of England. They were joined by a group of young people from Ellesmere Port who participating in a British Council youth project. Together they visited National Slavery Museum in Liverpool meeting with young people from The Anthony Walker Foundation and discussing the slavery and the roots of modern racism in the UK and USA. They then visited Huggy's Boxing Gym in Bradford meeting with members of the gym and the local community.
The scholars then went to the London, visiting the US Embassy and participating in a London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Legacy Debate at the University of Roehampton.
